I am looking to get a bigger cage for my 2 year old conure. Currently I’m in the market to buy one online that is advertised as a “solid metal cage” coated with “non-toxic hammertone paint” which included stainless steel dishes. I was just wondering if this would actually be a safe cage for a green cheek. The seller is YaheeTech, which is based in Ontario California but customer pictures show a box with "Made in China." Mostly 5 stars, with lowest rating be 3 stars. Is non-toxic hammertone safe?

My Canary, Ringo, has a Cage that has a peaked roof, like a house. I have a chance to get a Flat-topped roof, larger cage. Which type of cage do Canaries like? I prefer the house-style cage, as it is more attractive. But, I realize Canaries don't know about their cage being attractive. Ringo would be able to fly more in the larger cage. Is the Peaked Roof just a Personal, Human Preference? And, Not the Canaries?
I'm looking to get this cage. The chart says it's good for two guinea pigs, which I have. In the comments a lot of people say their two guinea pigs were happy. But I just wanted to be sure. I'm thinking about getting this cage and then getting another later on to attach to it and expand it. What do you think? Would it keep a bird awake if I had an audio book on in the room my bird is in at night? She would be covered. Would an amazon parrot fly out if my door was open? I am scared if I get a bird that a door would be open down stairs and the bird up stairs but a door down stairs would be open! Would that happen? Is this a big enough cage for this bird?? If not what size?
