I bought this for my son's new hamster. The door easily falls open!!!! It made it so easy for his hamster to nudge the door and get out!!!! AND HE ENDED UP IN A MOUSE TRAP BECAUSE THE DOOR WAS SO FLIMSYLY BUILT!!!!!! My son cried for days, so much so that he said his chest hurt!!!!! DO NOT BUY I REPEAT DO NOT BUY!!!!

No, I do not recommend this product.

So I bought this and used it for 2 days, today is the 3rd. I found out that the hamster can easily go under the door and lift it up with his jaw. I was so angry when I found this out. I recommend not buying this unless u want to zip tie the door every time you open the door. Gets annoying ready fast. But everything else is made pretty good.

      NO!!! Rats need a HUGE cage, unless you are going to let them run around most of the day, you should be getting them a cage that is least 4-5 feet tall!! This cage shouldn’t even be on here !! Inhumanly small even for dwarf hamsters or mice !
