Questions
Big enough for cockatiels?
- Absolutely NOT! Used ours for Bourke's Parakeets, the size of Budgies, and really too small even for them. Won't use the two we bought ever again. They are way too small and the door is too big for parakeets. Poor sizing for either variety of bird. All our pairs had young, except the 2 pairs using these boxes. Failure. Should not have tried to use them.

Is this a good setup for Nighthawk, the first photo is the over all setup, the second one is the side view and the third is the water and calcium dishes. I use an under tank heater that stays at about 88 degrees Fahrenheit and the vines are fake. He has a warm hide and a cold hide with moss in it that’s i spray down every other day. The little box is another little hide that I can see him in. And the background is tile it paper rolls that were painted(they were left to dry for two weeks)
I have a young wood pigeon that fell from its nest yesterday , un-injered, not ready to fly... It survived the night but parents haven't fed it This morning we put in a box and fed it with a seringe. Iv been searching for somewhere to take it to be cared for in my area. Could you please help with this. ??? I am in Prescot Merseyside. Thanks
I got a wooden house for the dog, i will put warm blankets on the inside, and her pillow/bed on the inside. The door is plastic three stripes. Can I leave her to sleep and stay at the balcony at night or during the day ? temperature goes down to -5 celsius
Hi! My bird has layed eggs but their nest is not in good condition. I gave them enough fiber and even sticks but somehow they left a hole where two eggs have fallen, several remain and I'm desperate to move or correct their nest so that the eggs won't fall but I've heard that it could also cause the birds some stress and make them think the eggs are a goner. I don't know what to do.
Do you have any suggestions for litter box or harness training. Also, can I use pine shavings for their bedding as it is not a red wood?

hello my bird already laied eggs. In how many weeks do they hatch? Also do to the cold weather what can I do to keep my birds warm. what other foods could I feed my budgie? what if the nest box is small will they lay eggs in it or will they lay them on the bottom of the cage?

A representative at petco let me know that I can come here to ask about what type of bird t may be/ what I can feed it, because he did not know (I showed him pictures).
