Questions
Big enough for cockatiels?
- Absolutely NOT! Used ours for Bourke's Parakeets, the size of Budgies, and really too small even for them. Won't use the two we bought ever again. They are way too small and the door is too big for parakeets. Poor sizing for either variety of bird. All our pairs had young, except the 2 pairs using these boxes. Failure. Should not have tried to use them.

Hi my bird Angel might be pregnant and she is a parakeet and I bought her a little birdhouse/nest in her cage to use and she keeps going inside but I need to buy materials to put in it. May you please tell me the materials I need to put in her bird house? Also it’s a little dark in there too. Thanks!
Is this a good setup for Nighthawk, the first photo is the over all setup, the second one is the side view and the third is the water and calcium dishes. I use an under tank heater that stays at about 88 degrees Fahrenheit and the vines are fake. He has a warm hide and a cold hide with moss in it that’s i spray down every other day. The little box is another little hide that I can see him in. And the background is tile it paper rolls that were painted(they were left to dry for two weeks)

I have a pair of peach faced love birds. I never placed a nesting box in their cage. Between the two of them they shredded toys, wood blocks from toys, the poop pad and made their own make-shift nest. The female Iris has laid 4 eggs. I discovered the first two on 12/19 and the last on 12-23. I have been advised to just leave things alone but at what point should I got in and clean? I removed the grill above the catch tray and that is where they have their homemade nest so I can clean anything.
A duckling (not sure how old but can walk and quack, I can measure it if this helps) walked into my garden this morning. I have been researching but not too sure what i need to do for it. So far i have a cardboard box with a square cut out to act as a door and a blanket at the bottom, i have a small water bowl and a bowl of granola and the box is in a room that’s completely safe. Can you suggest anything else I need and when i should let it out to the lake near me with lots of other ducks?

I have a young wood pigeon that fell from its nest yesterday , un-injered, not ready to fly... It survived the night but parents haven't fed it This morning we put in a box and fed it with a seringe. I thought I had 2 male parakeets- after 4 years I put a "coconut hut" in the cage and one of the birds laid 5 eggs. 3 have hatched and the parents are caring for them, however the coconut hut is quickly becoming too small. Can I move the babies into a larger nest box - will the parents still care for them? If so, how and when should I move them?

I got a wooden house for the dog, i will put warm blankets on the inside, and her pillow/bed on the inside. The door is plastic three stripes. Can I leave her to sleep and stay at the balcony at night or during the day ? temperature goes down to -5 celsius
Do you have any suggestions for litter box or harness training. Also, can I use pine shavings for their bedding as it is not a red wood?
