Terrible product. I only have it because it was free. I will not use the remaining 3/4 of the bag, it is that bad. Holds the ammonia smell, falls apart easily, making me clean out the litter box 4+ times a day. My cats hate it. Going back to my previous litter Arm & Hammer Slide

No, I do not recommend this product.

I have used World’s Best since it came on the market. And frequently with litters of kittens. It’s reassuring to know that those tiny kittens will not swallow anything toxic when they wash themselves. There are many more reasons to use W.B., but, to me, the most important thing is safety for cats - of all ages.

GREAT LITTER

I LOVE this litter! It has a great earthy smell, clumps like concrete and is SUPER absorbent!! My cats love it. I only have to buy new when the litter in the box goes "sandy" (after scooping every day), usually about 1x/month. It is a little pricey (I think) but I think it's worth it.

Litter has changed. It’s not dust free or track free. My 3 cats get it everywhere. I like the litter for smell control but it’s so messy. My mill work in their litter room is constantly covered in dust. Used multicat for 4 yrs. Disappointed

Dusty and disgusting

I hate this. Absolutely regret buying it and throwing away the bag so that I could have returned it. It’s insanely dusty and smells bad. Clumping is just okay- super mushy unless it gets ample time to dry. Cats don’t like it and they started showing signs of dehydration, confirmed by the vet. So I’m pretty sure all that dust they’re having to lick off their paws is the cause. Throwing it out now. Also too much of a risk after hearing about people getting bugs in theirs.

Best cat litter ever!

Have used this litter for years. Clumps fast so clumps don't stick to bottom of pan. No smell when used and can't tell I have cats. More expensive but lasts MUCH longer than other litters so cost is same or less overall. My 9 cats over the years have loved this litter. Me too!

Yes, I recommend this product.

I don’t understand the difference between the regular cat litter and multiple cat litter… What difference does it make if you have two cats? Can’t they just use the regular litter, what does the multiple cat litter do?

  1. I’m not sure it majes a difference. Best to contact the company.

One of your litters is a dark brown color and another is a creamy corn color which is which. This is not a variation of a batch or lot color. The two different types of WBCL are definitely different colors

  1. Each variety of their litter is a slightly different color (probably different ratios of components), scent, and texture. I only buy the red bags, because the litter in the green bag is too large to filter through my scoop. The green did look lighter in color to me the few times I bought it. It's possible you're noticing the slight variation in color between the types.  It's also possible that the bag you bought was exposed to air before you opened it. If it wasn't vacuum-packed when you bought it, it may have had pinprick holes. I've noticed that when it first comes out of the air-tight bag it's a lighter color than when it's been out in the air for a few days.

I recently purchased the multiple cats liter in the red bag. The multi cat liter is brown/ gray in color, not yellow like the orginal, green bag of liter. Is this normal? Thanks.

  1. Because our litter is made from naturally-grown corn, there is some expected variation in color between batches and formulas. If you have any additional questions or concerns, feel free to get in touch at: https://www.worldsbestcatlitter.com/contact-us

I used to use Arm and Hammer corn based litter ,but found the dust to very slippery when wet and hard to clean up. How does the dust on his litter compare?

  1. I started using this litter specifically to reduce dust. It isn't quite zero dust, but it is very very good. I don't know what kind issue Melody had while using it, but most people are very please with it.
