Told the package was lost by courier. Told refund would be issued only after the package had been received back at Petco. If the carrier LOST THE PACKAGE how is Petco ever going to get it back?

Ok, So I got this leash and literally the very first day it came apart at the rivets. I am so sad as I wanted them in every color as the harnesses are my absolute favorite and I wanted to love the leashes to have the matching set. Seriously, my dog is 8 lbs and it came apart day 1. I am shocked and of course since I didn't buy directly from WO I can't prove it for them to replace. Would not buy again

The leash lacks a lock feature to the harness. I was disappointed but the leash is well made .
