Tried to order 3 times — always cancels the order
Maybe Petco should just delete this item so people would not try to buy something that they will not be able to get anyway. I tried to order it through the app and with Petco representative through the phone 3 times — never successful. I spent too much time for it, they should pay me money after all, not me. Anyway I will find something else

Item Never Arrived, No Refund
Told the package was lost by courier. Told refund would be issued only after the package had been received back at Petco. If the carrier LOST THE PACKAGE how is Petco ever going to get it back?

Didn't work for us at all
Ok, So I got this leash and literally the very first day it came apart at the rivets. I am so sad as I wanted them in every color as the harnesses are my absolute favorite and I wanted to love the leashes to have the matching set. Seriously, my dog is 8 lbs and it came apart day 1. I am shocked and of course since I didn't buy directly from WO I can't prove it for them to replace. Would not buy again
