The material is not very durable. I bought this for my 7-month-old puppy, and he destroyed it the same day. He’s not even a breed with a strong jaw, which highlights how weak the material is. I bought the thicker version to avoid this issue, but it didn’t last more than 30 minutes.

This has been my dog’s favorite toy the last two years and has held up! He’s a mega chewer, known to destroy every toy I’ve gotten him. This toy however has lasted him and I highly recommend!

gave this to my dog for 5 minutes. she is not a big chewer at all - never destroys any of her toys. I checked on her after a little and she was chewing pieces off of this toy.... not sure how this dog toy quality was approved when dogs can literally eat it after 5 minutes.... do not buy if you'd like to keep your dog safe.

My labrador retriever chewed and ate in approximately 15 minutes. I threw it out.

Purchased from a department store for dog holiday gift. My parents dog chewed off chunks of the rubber within 5 minutes. Do not leave this toy unsupervised with dogs who typically rip up toys or bites off chunks. If we were not supervising the first 10 minutes with this toy, we would not have been able to get the chunks out of his mouth before swallowing. This toy is definitely a choking and/or intestinal blockage risks for chewers. This will be used only for short supervised enrichment toy time with frozen PB or treats on the ends. It does seem to have the reinforced center and is appropriate size for medium to large dogs, but again not recommended for any dog who has a history of being able to bite chunks of toys off.
