I tried to use this carrier to fly with my dog, but was turned away at the gate because the carrier was deemed too small. My dog is a 9 lb Chihuahua, and the gate agent explained that since the carrier isn't a true rectangular shape—and caves in at the top—it didn’t provide enough space. Unfortunately, that meant we couldn’t board the flight.

We’ve flown on United, Jet Blue and American Airlines several times, and she has fit nicely underneath the seat on all of them. She’s an 11-pound doxie mix for reference, and has a good amount of room to sleep comfortably on the flight. While I love all of the features and think it’s the best carrier I have found so far, my only knit would be that there is no water bottle holder, which would be incredibly useful/helpful. As a work-around, I bought a small, thin flask-shaped water bottle to fit in one of the small pockets.....

As a military traveler, I rely on secure and stylish pet carriers that make traveling easier for both me and my pup.Unfortunately, upon receiving the bag, I found the zippers to be very difficult to open and close. This made it challenging to get my dog in and out, and I was especially worried about accidentally catching his hair in the zipper. While the design itself is nice, the functionality is disappointing.I was hoping for a smoother, more user-friendly experience, but the zipper issue makes it impractical for regular use. I’m giving this product two stars because I expected better quality. I wish the zipper was easier to use, as this could have been a great purchase otherwise.

I have no doubt it’s going to be enough room for her when she’s fully grown. It’s great quality and I use it just as a car carrier too which is great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I want to return this because it gave me hard time to travel with my dogg, I just came back from my trip and my little fella didn’t like the space he was all mad at me the whole trip,. he is a small shih tzu 7 pounds and was all sad for the space, plus the airlines complained because the dimensions were big and I had to pay extra money for that, all that I want is return this and forgot about all the inconvenience and hard times.
