Petco refused to process my purchase. They sent a very strange email that said they could not sell me the dried liver treats for my cat ( that I have been ordering from you for years!) because they cannot be sure that I am me. I moved 4 months ago but my Bank that holds my credit card has my new address so it cannot be that.They gave no explanation and stated in the email that they could not explain further because it could violate their security rules. This was all so ridiculous. And nowhere near the type of customer Support any company should give.

My cat loves this treat! He gets excited even to see the bag. He likes it plain from the bag or crunched up over other food. I feel good about giving it to him because its ONLY ingredient is turkey liver. No fillers or junk! Whole Hearted Freeze-Dried Turkey Liver is excellent value for the cost. The WholeHearted Turkey Liver Freeze-Dried Cat treats were not a hit with my cats. Some of my cats sniffed the treat and walked away. Some other cats sniffed and picked up the treat to eat it and spit it out. I am not sure if it was the smell of the treat or the texture of the treat. My cats are used to eating just hard treats or wet tube treats. I have several cats and none of them would eat this treat.

Treats are as described. I like the fact there are no filler ingredients, just pieces of dried liver. Most of the pieces in the package are bite sized but a few are a bit larger. One of my cats loves them, particularly the smaller pieces, but my other cat won't touch them.
