Excellent cat treat!

My cat loves this treat! He gets excited even to see the bag. He likes it plain from the bag or crunched up over other food. I feel good about giving it to him because its ONLY ingredient is turkey liver. No fillers or junk! Whole Hearted Freeze-Dried Turkey Liver is excellent value for the cost. I trust the quality of this product.

My cats can’t get enough of these treats. My cats are picky, so I was relieved when they gobbled them right up. I love them too since I know they’re good for my cats: all natural, not fatty, and a healthy treat!

Whole Hearted Freeze Dried Treats

The WholeHearted Turkey Liver Freeze-Dried Cat treats were not a hit with my cats. Some of my cats sniffed the treat and walked away. Some other cats sniffed and picked up the treat to eat it and spit it out. I am not sure if it was the smell of the treat or the texture of the treat. My cats are used to eating just hard treats or wet tube treats. I have several cats and none of them would eat this treat.

Treats are as described. I like the fact there are no filler ingredients, just pieces of dried liver. Most of the pieces in the package are bite sized but a few are a bit larger. One of my cats loves them, particularly the smaller pieces, but my other cat won't touch them.

Healthy treat high in vitamins and minerals

My cat absolutely loved these treats. Liver is one of the healthiest things you can give your fur babies, it is high in vitamins and minerals and I love it’s the main and only ingredient in the bag. The texture is very similar to any of the other freeze dried foods this brand makes, and my cats like its crispiness. Liver does have a distinct smell and strong taste however so some of my cats did not like it, but if they like it, they went absolutely feral for this, I needed to put it in an air seal box to prevent them from ripping open the bag. The pieces are quite large so you can tell this was whole turkey liver, but if you need to portion or make them smaller it is very easy to break apart.

1 out of 3 of my kitties like these treats. I have some picky eaters. The treats are freeze dried which gives them an interesting texture. I am assuming during shipping they broke up alot which results in me having to give my kitty a much of little pieces. She doesn't care for the small pieces so I have to sweep them up.

I received this product for review. My three cats are usually very excited to receive new treats. Their usual ones are crunchy, and they also go wild for squeezable/lickable treats. I thought it would be nice to switch things up and let them try these freeze dried treats (Turkey Liver flavor). I tried leaving them out, scattered around….on top of food, next to food, tossed playfully…nothing. Not a single one of my cats liked these. They would move them around with their paws, almost like a hockey puck, but did nothing more than maybe lick them a bit. They eventually tore up the bag and destroyed it, so I had to throw them away. I would like to try another flavor perhaps to see if they maybe didn’t like the flavor vs. the texture, but not sure. Wish I could say more!

My cats are a big fan! It’s their first time having anything like this so they were curious at first but they always eat it up. Feels good to give them something healthy! They come in a bunch of did sizes in the pack too

What is the phosphorus % on a dry matter basis?
