Does this need to be refrigerated after opening it the first time?
- It depends on the ambient temperature. I've left them out for a day without issues, but more than that they start to spoil. They seem to keep in the fridge for a few day.

I have tried a new food and my cat likes it. It is 'tuna in jelly', from Whiskas. One pouch of 85g, he eats almost all of it (leaves a little bit of it uneaten). I have seen on internet that tuna causes yellow fat disease. Can i feed it to him once a day? Also he is an adult cat. Dear friends; my 15 y.o. cat is chronic renal. she takes 125 ml serum w/lactate every 48 hs. No appetite: I must feed her Recovery & AD 120 ml/day via a seringe in the mouth. The only food she will eat spontaneouly is ND tuna or tuna&salmon. I live in Brazil, these cans are imported, very expensive. The vet told not to feed commercial canned tuna for its sodium content. I have a 6 month old male kitten. He's my first male cat. As a way to increase his water intake, I've been adding sardine water, about 2 to 3 tablespoons with each meal. Here's the recipe for sardine water: Add a can of sardines packed in water with no salt to 2 cups of water. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes. Spray to remove sardines from liquid. That's the liquid that I'm adding to his meals. Is this something that's okay to do?

Hello. I am currently feeding my 1 year old cat Royal Canin Selected Protein PR Dry Cat Food due to his food allergies. All is good and well with the food but I was wondering if anybody had suggestions for treats? He cannot have chicken or seafood of any sort. I've tried PureBites and he wouldn't touch them. Any brands of treats that you guys recommend? I am also open to making homemade treats if that's a good place to start.
