The cat food is nice small bite sized pieces which I do like and smells good to me however my cat didn’t like it she ate it only one time and then didn’t want anymore of it. I tried switching her over to this brand cause other friends have told me there cats love it. Mine just wasn’t a fan. I do love a lot of the ingredients in this food I guess my kitty is just looking for something closer to what she has eaten in the past which is mostly wet cat food and some dry but not much.

When I opened this bag of whole hearted grain free dry cat food they all ran over to taste it. Apparently the food smelled great. Kibble is small , making it easy to eat for any size cat. This bag was Turkey and pea. Sure sounds healthy! All 4 of my cats liked this food.

This new " TURKEY " rich cat food by "WHOLE hearted" contains one of the MOST IMPORTANT meats to our CATS DIET..it supports & supplies their "immune system, brain function, and metabolism, putting out NEEDED B vitamins. It also contains what's called Taurine-a RICH AMINO ACID that our CATS don't PRODUCE on their OWN. This TAURINE is "VERY IMPORTANT" for a cat's daily diet it supplies nutrients to their little hearts, brains, and eye function. This food also contains probiotics for easy digestion which all cat owners know all cats could use, if you have EVER found a hairball! For all these reasons & OF COURSE my Roadies " OBSESSION" over its "PURE TURKEY" taste draws her in AGAIN & AGAIN! . #ad

Good ingredients but….

We got excited to order a turkey based food. Two of our kitties have a chicken sensitivity that causes …well…not a fun time. Unfortunately, this product, like many others has chicken in the form of chicken fat. We gave this product instead to our “non-sensitive “ cats and they gladly ate it. It has a lot of “good for the gut” probiotics. The size of the kibble is small and the kitties always like that. If your cat doesn’t have a chicken sensitivity, our kitties definitely give it a thumbs up.

I have been buying this food for a few years now, I switched my older cat over to it. It makes her and my kittens fur so silky and smooth, and it is very noticeable! Both their vets commented on it. The probiotics also really helped them be less stinky in the litter box. My one problems unfortunately is that they are very high in carbs. This is fine for my kitten, and when my older cat was indoor outdoor this kept her energy up and she was perfectly trim and healthy. Unfortunately for indoor cats or if you don't exercise them enough (as I did when I moved, which was 2 ish months of reduced kitty playtime) this will chub them up a bit. Make sure they're moving! It's a great food and makes a really noticeable difference.
