Absolutely satisfied!!

I have to go to several different stores sometimes. Read every ingredient in every bag trying to find one that doesn't contain chicken of any type. The ones that don't are so expensive that I struggle paying for it for three large dogs. Most good dog food comes in 20 lb bags for 70 plus bucks. Finally I came across this one. I guess it's partly my fault for thinking I shouldn't look at Petco. I figured it was well over priced for everything. I was totally wrong. So far so good. My dogs are pretty spoiled eaters and they seem to like it. I'm totally satisfied at this point.

Yes, I recommend this product.

My two English Mastiffs have been on this food for years. Something has changed!!! They both ate their food with no hesitation and thrived on it. Healthy coat, solid stools, etc. All of a sudden neither will touch it! I opened a 2nd bag that came in a different shipment thinking maybe we got a bad bag, but same thing. Now I have nearly 80 lbs. of food they won't touch and two hungry dogs.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Has the formulation of this food changed? My two mastiffs thrived on this for years. All of a sudden neither will touch it! Opened a second bag from new shipment, same results. Now have 80lbs of food they wont touch. :(

  1. Hi Checkers207, Good day! No, this food hasn’t changed. Thanks

Several of your reviews have stated stomach problems and gas. I Have Dobermans one is a senior and Red the other is a 2 year old and Blue. They are both chicken intolerant their coats are the first to show a problem and gas. What can you suggest?

  1. 2 Cane Corso’s amazing with the food.

I'm considering changing my dogs food and am trying a small bag of the all breeds of this flavor. I noticed the kibble is small.  small?  My dog is a dobey mix and the small pieces fall through her loose lips and she make a mess. anything with larger?

  1. Yes, they make "large bites" as well. That's what we feed our bullmastiff.

Will you guys be making different flavors in the large breed adult. I have a 100 plus pound Akita that’s allergic to chicken meal and I love your kibble size.

  1. The Beef and Pea flavor doesn’t have chicken meal (or fat) in it. We have dogs also allergic to chicken and have fed them that successfully. My sister preferred the salmon for her dogs but I would switch it up with the lamb occasionally for mine. All of those are chicken free

What is the phosphorus level?

  1. Hi Pghchk, Here are the details. As Fed 1.0 % Dry Matter Unit 1.1 % Energy Basis 0.29 g/100 kcal Thanks

What does this brand consider to be a "large breed" dog?

  1. Hi seanirishi, From the bags our Large Breed feeding instructions start at 40-60 lbs. Thanks,

I jave 2 European dobermans and they have issues with small pieces. They dont like to chew them if they are too small. This causes them to throw up their food later. Are these pieces in the large breed formula bigger than the all breed formula?

  1. Hi Llmitch68, Yes, the kibble in the large breed formula is larger than the regular kibble. Thanks,
