Love the texture and smells good my kit got fluffy

We run a rescue and started buying this food bc it seemed to have good ingredients and its affordable. All the foster homes we sent this food to reported diarrhea, with two of the kittens ending up at the vet and on extended antibiotic courses + Rx digestive care food to lower the inflammation. All fecals came back negative for parasites, and the only thing in common amongst all the households was this food. Today a feeder told us one of her 8mo died after being hospitalized for 2 days. She started feeding this food to them 2 weeks ago, and this week the cats started throwing up, and had to be taken to the ER due to it. One of them died and the other one is still fighting for his life. The doctor said this is severe gastroenteritis and asked that this be reported to Wholehearted so that an alert can be put out. At this point we are sure it is this food that has caused all of the issues, and we have spent so much more money in vet care than we saved in buying this vs something like Wellness.

Very good. High quality. You can see it is all chicken with a bit of gravy. Even smells good. I would have little trouble eating if need be. But I'll let my cat have it.
