My dog is an 85 lb Labrador retriever, she is not very active as of right now. It says to feed her 1 to 1 1/2 cans per 15 lbs. that is 5 -7 1/2 cans a day! Is this corrects?
- Hello, I have a 3 yr old 48 Lb English Bull Terrier. She is a fussy eater. I give her 1 can in the AM, and about 1/2 can in the evening along with a high fiber Vet dry food (about a cup). I would give your dog 1 can twice per day, and if she likes dry food you could supplement if needed.

How long can you keep a open can in the refrigerator? I have a small dog.
- I've always been told that an open can of wet food will stay good for 3 days in the fridge but after that it can become iffy and sense of smell should be used to tell if the can is still safe to feed.

My dog Hunter has diabetes and I have been giving him the WholeHearted Grain free Adult Turkey with sweet potatoes; he loves it; is it OK to five him this because of the sweet potatoes? I tried the other flavors but he really likes the turkey and SP.
