I ordered a case and 3 cans so far are all gravy with 1 tbsp of actual chicken shreds. Dogs used to love this but they can't eat just gravy!

Ive bought this many times and been happy. I couldn't get it for awhile and so when I had the chance to buy a few cases on line I did. Every can has a different constancy, some are stuffed with chicken and some are mostly fluid with fat chunks floating at the top. My dog no longer seems to like it so Ill be disposing several cans and looking for an alternative

Our pup is finicky about what she eats, and not a fan of budget canned food. After experimenting with several premium brands, I stumbled on Petco's house brand, Whole Hearted. Sampling all the varieties, we found that the Easy Digestion Boiled Chicken Dinner was Poppy's favorite, and she had a good appetite for it and has become our exclusive choice. I tried it myself, and found it had good aroma and flavor, other than not being salty enough. But this is good for dogs, and is produced for Petco by the manufacturer of a premium-priced brand. If you have a finicky pup, or one that will eat anything but throws some of it up, give this reasonably-priced product a try. I don't think you'll be disappointed!

    I am not sure where you live but have you tried changing the choice to individual can instead of the case. When I try that I had stores that showed items in stock. If you find the same, I would buy them all and start transitioning to another brand just in case.

      I'm not sure since I didn't continue using the product. I don't believe they offer fat % info but the dog food industry does calculate calories per the size of the dog & you can decide if need more based on the activity level & you'll want to include their dry food plus any regular snacks. That is what I've read is best for that info. An online search should help to find it from a good source.
