I tried the meal toppers. My dog didnt love them as much as I hoped she would she did eat them all. I didnt get her to eat the dry dog food as well she only wanted to eat the toppers. I would be interested in trying other flavors for her.

Being the owner of small dog, sometimes it is really difficult to find treats that don’t require me to break into smaller pieces. If that’s you too, you will enjoy this product! My dog LOVES these toppers. I stick them on top of her food or I use them a treat right out of the bag. The packaging is great, I did not have to worry about them becoming stale. My dog has dental issues so the fact they crumble as soon as saliva touches it is a plus! I haven’t noticed any changes in her coat yet but it could be due to the fact that I feed it as a treat & it’s not incorporated into every meal.

My dog Riley is such a picky eater. Never wants to eat her food and takes her sweet time doing it when she does. Well, the minute I put this stuff on her food she went crazy! Ate rhe entire bowl! Im so thabkful for finally finding something that works.

Received this for free from Spotted by Petco & was hesitant as my pup has some allergies. However, the ingredients in these snacks are mostly real food, & they smelled pretty good even! My pup loved them!!!

This product is a game changer! I have two little dogs who go crazy when I reach for it at meal time. I just crumble a piece over food in each of their bowls and it’s enough to encourage them to eat and make a difference in their coat. I’ve been giving it to them for about a month now and I can really tell a difference! Their skin isn’t dry and their coasts are shiny and soft. I highly recommend it and will definitely be buying it again!

I used the whole hearted freeze-dried toppers as part of physical therapy treat rewards for my rescue dog that has severe arthritis and was completing his underwater treadmill laps. I was very thrilled to see that there are healthy ingredients such as cod, salmon, chicken liver, pumpkin, apple, dried kelp & taurine in the freeze-dried treats so it was not like I was making him work for treats that just added empty calories to his waistline. I love that there were no additives or fillers in this dog treat! My rescue dog was able to share a few treats with his foster friends, making them wait patiently to earn a treat. The one foster has no teeth left in her mouth and she was able to easily moisten the treat and break it into parts before swallowing it. I would imagine that older dogs would easily enjoy these freeze-dried treats as much as younger dogs. This is a light fishy smell to the treats, but the smell is not overbearing if you don't like a fishy smell.

Since I haven’t used this for a long period of time, I can’t say if it actually helped my dog’s coat or skin. BUT- that said- it was the perfect way to get my dogs to eat their food. Sometimes they get bored of the usual dry food and we add something. We crumbles it in the little dog’s food and left it in pieces for the big dog. The back of the package gives zero information on how much you are supposed to use per feeding. I can see this as a splurge or if you are concerned with your dog’s skin or coat health. My dogs loves the taste. And our cats wanted it too

My dog absolutely loves these freeeze-dried toppers! They encourage my picky eater to gobble down his bowl of food. I love this product because it’s easy to feed, doesn’t smell off putting, and isn’t messy!
