My dog loves this food. The only problem is that there is a lot of crushed food crumbs in the 45lb bag and it's only a little over a dollar cheaper than the 30lb bag. For that matter, I'm not saving anything if $2.00 worth of food is dust!

Yes, I recommend this product.

My dog loves the food but you can only buy the smallest bag because anything bigger has major problem with crushed kibbles

My boyfriend recently switched our dogs to this food, they love it, but I don't love the powder residue left behind! Seems like every scoop I'm trying to reduce it, more kibble less powder please.

Yes, I recommend this product.

I bought this for my pug and she love it. She had a little of trouble bitting the kibble since it a bit bigger than the other one she had, but with a little water was able to soften it up and able to eat them.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Is this dog food good for cockapoos? More specifically a cockapoo puppy that is transitioning from the food she got from her breeder?

  1. Wholehearted does make a puppy formula in the chicken and brown rice, so I would go with that rather than an All Life Stages food.

Is the flaxseed ground?

  1. Most likely only the company itself can answer that. The ingredient list says flaxseed. There are no obvious seeds in the dry dog food. So it is probably ground.

Where are the ingredients sourced from?

Is it okay to feed Wholehearted All Life Stages Chicken and Rice recipe to a giant breed puppy?

    1. Am owner of a great Pyrenees, it is recommended that you feed giant breed puppies large breed puppy food because of the nutrients built in for their specific needs. All stage types don't have these nutrients as a rule. My vet confirmed this.
