Where do I get cat flavored meds?
Senior cat with FIV licked seasoning off of a handful of chips that were garlic flavored.
sorry they’re not pedigree tasty bites. we just keep these snacks in that package because the pedigree one closes, and the original package for this snack doesn’t, so when the pedigree ones were done we put this small bones there. they’re called “snack mini-bone” by activpet but they’re no available in the US. i do remember that in the original package it said it was good as a reward for exercise.
Does the size of kibble matter? I've been mixing a few kinds together and my cat does not tend to eat the very tiny ones but prefers the medium and larger sizes. Of course it could be the tastes, but I've noticed in the past that he usually just bats any tiny kibble out onto the floor. He does like to bite cardboard boxes occasionally so maybe he just likes to chew? He also gets canned for dinner.
My cat is exhibiting sharp tremors, a quick muscle contraction, near the front torso. Seems to happen in clusters.Have been giving Temptations food, will cut that out. We share some salmon at times, high in fat oil. Cat is still active, jumps and runs, only see tremors when sitting or lying.
I give my tabby cat 2 cat treats (temptation chicken for indoor cat for hairballs. After breakfast, after lunch and when my son comes home from work. Lately after she has her treats she throws up some a hairball along with some fluid the color of the treat. Should I be concerned or is there something else we could give her. We feed her Science Diet for cats under 6 that has hairball control. We be moving her up to food for cats over 7 when we finish this bag. Thank you, Carolyn Baker
My senior cat (14) stopped eating his regular dry cat food. I did try a couple new different kinds but he just wanted wet food. Now he seems to bore of that quickly so I have switching up brands. Is there a certain brand/flavor you recomend? I went from Friskies to Iams. Now he is eating Fancy Feast. I just don't know what's best to do.
What should I look for when buying cat food? Blossom likes wet but she occasionally throws up ( especially if it's in gravy or sauce) and Kenwood likes dry but will also eat Blossom's food if available. Right now Blossom is eating Purina Pro Plan and Kenwood is eating Fancy Feast Filet Mignon and w/ seafood and shrimp. Both are inside cats with little to moderate activity . Blossom is 9 years old and Kenwood is 3 1/2. Kenwood is a big black cat and slightly overweight while Blossom is small.
My cat is addicted to Purina Fortiflora. In addition to being hideously expensive she won't eat her food without it. She goes through at least 2 packets a day.
We had a 4 year old Male Tabby Maincoon cat. For more than a year I over fed him cup fulls of treats (my fault). He started occasionally showing aggression towards my wife. One day when I wasn't home he attacked my wifes leg drawing blood. She opened the door and he ran off. 8 months later, he shows back up in my neighborhood. Could he be trusted again since the treats could of made him "drugged"? Prior to he never showed any signs of aggression. I was giving him Party Mix treats. Thanks.
My cat had a blocked bladder due to Crystals and had bacteria. He has been put on specific Crystal management food has been on it for about 2 weeks now. Am I able to give him deathly bites urinary care treats as I can't find any Crystal management treats. I have 2 other cats who's has treats and don't want him to be left out.
Hello. I am currently feeding my 1 year old cat Royal Canin Selected Protein PR Dry Cat Food due to his food allergies. All is good and well with the food but I was wondering if anybody had suggestions for treats? He cannot have chicken or seafood of any sort. I've tried PureBites and he wouldn't touch them. Any brands of treats that you guys recommend? I am also open to making homemade treats if that's a good place to start.
