Can I feed this to my kitten? He's two months and one week old

I give my tabby cat 2 cat treats (temptation chicken for indoor cat for hairballs. After breakfast, after lunch and when my son comes home from work. Lately after she has her treats she throws up some a hairball along with some fluid the color of the treat. Should I be concerned or is there something else we could give her. sorry they’re not pedigree tasty bites. we just keep these snacks in that package because the pedigree one closes, and the original package for this snack doesn’t, so when the pedigree ones were done we put this small bones there. they’re called “snack mini-bone” by activpet but they’re no available in the US. i do remember that in the original package it said it was good as a reward for exercise.

My senior cat (14) stopped eating his regular dry cat food. I did try a couple new different kinds but he just wanted wet food. Now he seems to bore of that quickly so I have switching up brands.
