My birds love to work making their little nest. It entertain them too!

My parakeets absolutely love these to tear apart! The only downfall is they throw the wood pieces out of the cage, and onto the floor. So maybe attaching it to the center of the cage is a good idea. Petco is the cheapest I’ve found them. Happy to have found such a good deal! I’ll definitely be back for more.

My two parakeets love these little logs. They work on them for hours.

Both of our budgies are in love with this log. They of course chew it, but also like to sleep on it. I’m only hoping it’s not going to encourage egg laying.

So far they haven't showed much intrest. I might have put it up too high in their cage. Will try moving it down lower.

My budgies love pecking at this playnest! They play with it multiple times a day and it's durable and well made! So much cheaper on line than in stores!

My younger female parakeet tends to bully my senior rescue male parakeet. Once this was in the cage and she quit being afraid of it, she immediately started spending most of her time chewing on it and turning it into her "girl cave". After awhile she started laying eggs and spending most of her time in it . Once she chewed thru the ends and she was bored with the eggs I put in a new one and she's at it again.
