Questions
Sometimes, there's black on the kabobs. Is that MOLD ?
- No I don't believe the black pieces are mold. I think its just the wood grains etc. Type of wood used. My two budgies love the wooden wabobs and spend lots of time destroying them.

What type of wood is this? And what is the length of each one?
- These toys are made of yucca, a soft wood with long grain fibers. Toys vary from about 6-9 inches long depending on the style (there are several). These are a favorite of the smaller birds.

Can this be used as a rodent chew toy as well ?
- Best bet is to buy it and try it out for yourself. I use dog toys for my cats, but they don't always work. It's got no stuffing so it should be safe with the claws/teeth~ it is with my cats.
