This food is complete & balanced, fully cooked, & may be fed as the exclusive diet to your dog as is, or it may be rehydrated. Feed according to your dog's weight: 1/2-1 cup per day for dogs weighing 5-10 lbs, 1-11/2 cups for 10-20 lbs, 11/2-21/2 cups for 20-40 lbs, 21/2-31/4 cups for 40-60 lbs, & 31/4-4 cups for 60-80 lbs. Please note, feeding guidelines are suggestions, & individual needs may vary based on age, activity level, metabolism, breed, & general health. Drizzle a small amount of water to lightly hydrate, or for fuller hydration, submerge in water & let sit for approximately 1 minute prior to serving. Your dog should always have access to clean, fresh water. Store dry food in a closed bag in a cool & dry location. Despite how much your canine friends ask for Weruva's high-quality foods, it's best to transition them gradually onto a new food over a week. Start by mixing a small amount of Weruva in with their old food & slowly increase the amount of Weruva fed over 7 days.
