This food is complete & balanced, fully cooked, & may be fed as the exclusive diet to your dog as is, or it may be rehydrated. Feed according to your dog's weight: 1/2-1 cup per day for dogs weighing 5-10 lbs, 1-11/2 cups for 10-20 lbs, 11/2-21/2 cups for 20-40 lbs, 21/2-31/4 cups for 40-60 lbs, & 31/4-4 cups for 60-80 lbs. Please note, feeding guidelines are suggestions, & individual needs may vary based on age, activity level, metabolism, breed, & general health. im cooking home made diet i need to know how many oz of cooked chicken breast to feed (i will be adding veggies and a multi vitamin is there any multi vitamin you recomend) and will add in chicken heart iv all ready tried diffrent brands of dry dog food leaving it out for days and starving her she just wont eat or canned she wont eat canned too

I want to get this canned food for my dog as a topper to her dry food. It has shredded chicken along with whole white beans, peas and potatoes. Will she be able to digest this ok because the beans, peas and potatoes are not ground into a pate texture? she's on the dry version of this currently. I also ditched the twelve calorie treats and purchased the smaller 2 calorie treats and I'm only giving her three of those per day. Her total intake of extras is now less than 10% of her diet. :-)
