Cat liked the flavor for awhile but got over it about halfway through the case and has digestive issues. It has a ground meat texture to it that might be an issue too.

No, I do not recommend this product.

The consistency is a little different. One of my cats likes it the other doesn't. I like that it has good ingredients.

All 5 cats love it

I have 5 cats who are really picky. We mostly feed dry food, but give a can of wet in the evening for some extra hydration. 2 of my cats are older and seem to turn their noses up more often to wet food (especially the kinds that are more "realistic" like literal pieces of pulled chicken) and one of them I have to coax out of her sleeping spot by letting her smell the can. This is the only kind that is guaranteed to get her up and has my other older cat pushing the other cats out of the way for more. They really like it. The texture is interesting because it's more like a jelly (all of my cats prefer gravy over the puree/gel types) but breaks down nicely like very finely minced meat. Great alternative to all the chicken and fish flavors, since one cat is allergic to chicken and too much fish can be harmful. Would recommend giving it a go.

Yes, I recommend this product.

The only food my cats will eat!

This is a great quality food that both my cats love. The only complaint is that there seems to be a consistency issue, sometimes even within the same batch/lot, or depending upon the size of the can. Sometimes it is very wet, other times drier and chunky, other times very refined with almost no texture at all.

Yes, I recommend this product.

What are the calories? I found the following: 82 kcal/3.2-oz can, 154 kcal/6-oz can, 268 kcal/10-oz can. The "kcal" confuses me. Does this mean the number X 1000 = calories? Or is the number noted simple calories?

  1. Calories and kcal are used interchangeably to mean the same thing. A kilocalorie is the amount of heat required to raise the temperature of 1 kilogram of water to one degree Celsius.
