My dog (Samoyed, F, 2 years old) loves these treats before a long car ride or a busy day. They usually kick in within an hour and keep her chill, without impairment. She does not have daily anxiety issues. From what I have seen with OTC stress relief products (non-cbd) this is pretty good. However, I would not necessarily reach for these for more intense anxiety situations or dogs.
