The one star is on the ordering of this product and not the product. The product itself is 5 stars, however, my order was cancelled by Petco after 2 delayed notices. I was able to get it from another source, and within 2 days of ordering it.

My GSD has terrible ear infections, itchy skin and paw licking, vet rx for apoquel way too expensive, I tried this and it is a miracle! Almost instantly showed relief. I a. Having some difficulties with local store supplies so I have tried some other brands reluctantly. At least with my dog, there is no comparison, on other brands even more expensive ones, her ear infections and paw licking came right back. This is a far superior product!
