The product is good. The delivery service was timely. I ordered 2 cases of 12 cans. In one case the cans were "smashed" by rough handling. At least four of the cans cannot be opened because they are too badly damaged. The can opener cannot go around the rim of the cans successfully. Can you help me with this problem?

Texture has changed
I have a dog with IBD and this was my go to for administering his meds, by forming a ball of food with the pills inside, and stuffing/sealing his Kong toy. It was perfect since it was primarily turkey without other ingredients that could upset his system. In recent months, the texture of the food has changed and become extremely wet, so I can't hide the meds inside it. Additionally, some cans are approaching 1/4 of being a gelatinous material that used to only comprise a small amount of the can. He still loves the taste, but I will be looking for a different brand with a better texture.

Texture of food
The texture was inconsistent. At times it was way too wet and mushy.

Great Supplement for Diet
Could not have been happier to find a canned source of full muscle meat. This isn't a meal on its own but my 7-year-old ShihTzu absolutely loves it as an appetizing/snack.

Changed formula!!!
I received my order yesterday of the Wellness turkey 95%. When I opened the first can this morning, I realized right away that the original formula had been changed to a watery mess and no longer had the gelatin consistency of prior cans!!! I touched the food itself and found calcium like granules. Also, what is with this caregeenan??? I am certain dog food companies can find an alternative to this additive??? Not sure if I drop it the aninal shelter or return it. Truly not happy.
