The facility in Thailand operates with the same strict food safety, quality and sustainability practices we use here in the US. The facilities are certified by various national and international food safety and quality accreditations including the ISO certification for Quality Management System and Environmental Management System by UKAS (UKAS is the sole national accreditation body recognized by the British government) and BRC certification (British Retail Consortium, the industry-wide benchmark for food quality and safety). In addition, the canning process is FDA certified. The facilities are not only monitored by several reputable third-party organizations, but Wellness Pet Company has personally inspected our Thailand facilities and verified firsthand that they meet our quality standards.
