Why is there a difference in color sometimes. I order 8 to 10 packs at a time to add to the wellness core small breed dog food. But I sometimes get packs that are lighter in color & sometimes the pack if a dark brown color. My dog prefers the dark color

    Hi Teri, the color of the freeze dried turkey pieces can vary depending on what part of the turkey was used. Lighter meat would be the turkey breast and darker meat would be the turkey thigh.
