Hello, I recently found out about DCM in dogs from grain-free diets. I use Orijen food for my 1.5 y/o. It has great ingredients but I don't want to take any chances, are there any brands you would recommend for a large (85-95lbs) lab/Pyrenees mix dog that is about one and a half years old?
Bought purina one lamb and rice. Concerned on an ingredient. Chicken by product meal? Was taught bad for dogs and can be diesed animals. Mixing with 80 to 20 ratio of food the 80 percent is pure Balance trout and lentils grain free. But some of you say grains are good and they don’t have an allegry as they eat grained dog treats and Cheerios with no problems. Plus this food had real meat chucks and wanted to train them to eat dry food only. Thanks!
Sensitive stomach, diarrhea. Looking for large breed sensitive stomach food. Currently on natures recipes easy digest, grain free chicken and sweet potatoes.
Eats core wellness grain free ocean formula because of unknown allergy (licks her paws all the time). Finished a 26 lbs bag already but zero difference. Also taking vetriscience derma strength for few months now. Prefer supplements (chews) that med (Benadryl). We have 2 large breed dogs. One is 75 pounds and one is 125 pounds. How much protein , rice or oatmeal, and vegetable should we be feeding them to keep them healthy and thriving? Both dogs have trouble with dry food and suffer with loose stools.

What is the Best dry dog food to give my female golden retriever that is 20 months old. She started having seizures when she was 16 months old and has 1 per month since. She was on Wellness Core as a puppy and then we switched her to Science Diet Large Breed Adult, but she isn't that happy with it.
