Easy for my IBD kitty to digest

Loonerkat

This is one of the few things my cat with IBD can eat with no digestive problems. He's allergic to chicken and this has none plus it seems to have basically healthy ingredients. It is an odd consistency, like aspic, but luckily my guy is not fussy. If he's healthy I'm happy!

No, I do not recommend this product.

bone fragments -- unlucky batch?

Bethany_pet_parent

I bought 2 cans in-store 2 months ago because it was on sale -- why not try it out! I fed my cat with 1/4 of a can, usually she'll finish in 5 min, but this time 10 min passed but she went away with half of the food left? I don't understand because the food smells great and is similar to some food she took before, plus she likes all kinds of different flavors anyways. Until I use my finger to push in the leftover -- ouch it hurts! There are a huge amount of bone fragments in the food and the cat was trying to spit them out while taking the food in. Now I guess that's why it was on sale...maybe its an unlucky batch and I shouldn't have been greedy to gain petty advantages...

No, I do not recommend this product.

Wellness Natural Pet Food
Hi Bethany_pet_parent, we&#39;re very sorry to hear you received a can that had sharp bones in it. Because we use fresh meat, there is a low risk of finding bones in this product. We have several steps in the process to minimize the size and amount of bones including de-boning, grinding and screening. In most cases the bones are soft and break easily since they are moist. We would like to get more information and review our guarantee. Please reach out to our Consumer Affairs team and refer to case number 765051. We’re available at 800-225-0904 M-F | 8-5 ET, or email info&#64;wellnesspet.com. We hope to talk with you soon! <img src="https://s3.amazonaws.com/stratos-logos/logos/wellnesspetfood.jpg" alt="wellnesspetfood" title="wellnesspetfood" style="display: block !important; margin-top: 2em !important; border: 1px solid #ccc !important; padding: 2px !important; background-color: white !important;" /> <!--[if ReviewResponse]><![endif]-->

my cat with kidney disease does well with this one

My cat seems to do well with this product. I suspect that she may have an allergy to chicken and this product happens to be chicken free, as well as tricalcium phosphate free (it has calcium pantothenate instead). It doesn't have any meat byproducts or vegetable oils in it, which I think is an indicator of a higher quality product.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Core 95 Keeps an Old Cat Purring!

Apple Valley Sam

We have purchased Core 95 cat food for years. Our cat (princess Blue) is approaching 16 years old, and she is as active and agile as she has ever been. Her fur remains soft and plush, and she easily digests all flavors of the Core 95 food.

Yes, I recommend this product.

My 15 yr old loves this!

I have a 15-year-old, who, in his advanced age, doesn't have many teeth remaining so I must find smooth, pâté options for him. He is also a picky eater. His favorite flavor profile seems to be duck but he will also eat chicken and turkey. He doesn't like to eat the same exact food at every meal; he likes variety, so, I try to buy different brands but with the flavor profiles he enjoys. I came across this option the other day while in a pet food store. I haven't seen this one before so I thought I would give it a try. Well, it turns out he loves it! He ate the entire can. I always have to mix in enough water to make is easy for him to move with his tongue and sometimes I have to downright blend it in a blender for him but this is definitely going to be one I will continue to repurchase for him.
