I wanted my cats to love this...but all 3 wouldn't even touch it. Even my one cat who will eat anything. They were having none of this healthy eating business. The quality is very high and I really wanted it to happen, but the flavor might just not have enough appeal.

Out of six cats no one would touch this, I do not recommend this flavor.

My two cats are very picky. I’ve gone through several different brands and flavors, and narrowed it down to the Core Wellness Signature Select brand. They LOVE it!

My cat is 15, hyperthyroid, and unbelievably picky. One week she will like a food, the next week I'll have to discard it down the sink because she'll refuse to eat it. She basically only eats wet food. I've tried many different brands and flavors, and she'll eat a meal once or twice, then stop eating all together and I'll have to find something new. This month's "something new" was Wellness Core 95% Chicken. It's the only food she will eat and devour. This is important because her hyperthyroid disease causes her to be underweight, and thanks to this food, she is finally gaining weight again. She also does NOT throw up after eating it (like she has with other food) which is awesome!!! I mentioned she was hyperthyroid because it's important in relation to this food. That's because Wellness no longer adds "carageenan" to their food, and because "carageenan" is derived from seaweed it can worsen and aggravate hyperthyroid symptoms. It also does not contain any "kelp", which for some reason is a common ingredient in many cat foods. Kelp of course is seaweed, which can also worsen and aggravate hyperthyroid symptoms. The soft texture is fantastic; I always add a bit of water to her wet food (for a moisture boost), and it mixes easily and smoothly with a dash of water. I will continue to buy this food for Kitty, it is truly a Godsend for me, my cat, and my wallet (no more washing food down the drain!). Thanks Wellness for creating such a superb and quality product.

I usually get the regular Core for my cat and she loves that food, but I get the 95 as a treat for her because she sucks down half a can without taking a breath! She loves this food so much.

Both of the girls love this one. I really appreciate a food of higher quality, simple ingredients, and affordable pricing.
