My dogs ate it up at first. Then it turned into an itchy mess. My error. If your dogs can do grain it’s great.

I have an older dog and her stomach is very sensitive. She has very few teeth now and must eat canned dog food. I have been feeding her the different flavors along with duck. I buy the senior complete as well as chicken and turkey. She has been eating Wellness for about 5 years. I could buy a canned dog food that is a LOT cheaper, but my dog is worth feeding the best food too. "You get what you pay for" goes for dog food as well!

Upon receiving my latest order I noticed that the cans looked slightly different than they have in the past. They did not have the usual convenient pull top either. I was shocked when I opened the can and saw that it was a typical dog food paste and not the usual chunks of meat and vegetables. To be sure that this wasn't a fluke with a particular flavor I opened another flavor that I had used the night before from my previous order. Same paste in the new can... It looked terrible and smelled pretty bad. The ingrediant list still looks good, but wow....

My dogs love this! I wish it came in smaller cans though as I have two small Japanese Chins. I have noticed as well that my dogs coats look really good and are super soft. My older dog also really likes this and it doesn't upset his stomach.
