Iām really searching for a different flavor royal canine wet dog food and royal canine doesnāt have much of a selection. So I also saw broth bowls food topper. I want to get this canned food for my dog as a topper to her dry food. It has shredded chicken along with whole white beans, peas and potatoes. Will she be able to digest this ok because the beans, peas and potatoes are not ground into a pate texture? she's on the dry version of this currently. I also ditched the twelve calorie treats and purchased the smaller 2 calorie treats and I'm only giving her three of those per day. Her total intake of extras is now less than 10% of her diet. :-)

What's a good wet food for a young cat that's slightly chubby, and the wet food is high in protein, grain free, affordable, and smooth?
My 12 yo cat doesnāt eat enough. She drinks a lot and licks the gel or liquid from wet food and eats dry food. She also like cat broth but only eats the broth none of the meat. Is there anything I could do to help her get more nutrients ? I think she weighs only 6 lbs.

My cat has had Royal Canin Urinary SO normal calorie dry food for past 8 years after getting struvite stone surgery. In last 6mo. she has gone from 8lb to 6.3lb. vet says it's because she hasn't been eating well and leukemia virus, thyroid, CBC, kidney fox were normal. She started on SO wet food but only eats a little (<1can/day + Little of ad lib dry). We tried blue wilderness wet salmon food for higher protein (sarcopenia bc low protein in SO diet.) Will this help her gain/maintain weight?
