Is it ok to give my cat chicken broth?
My 12 yo cat doesnât eat enough. She drinks a lot and licks the gel or liquid from wet food and eats dry food. She also like cat broth but only eats the broth none of the meat. Is there anything I could do to help her get more nutrients ? I think she weighs only 6 lbs.
Are there any cat food toppers that I can use to get my cat to eat more, she stopped eating all dry food now she only eats wet food and she loves to lick off my coconut oil from my hand. My cat has had Royal Canin Urinary SO normal calorie dry food for past 8 years after getting struvite stone surgery. In last 6mo. she has gone from 8lb to 6.3lb. vet says it's because she hasn't been eating well and leukemia virus, thyroid, CBC, kidney fox were normal. She started on SO wet food but only eats a little (<1can/day + Little of ad lib dry). We tried blue wilderness wet salmon food for higher protein (sarcopenia bc low protein in SO diet.) Will this help her gain/maintain weight?

Hello, My male cat has been on salomn instinct nature variety wet food cans for a few months and oddly just recently started having diaherra, I started giving him small portions of shredded boiled chicken and white rice for about two days, he is urinating, has no diaherra but now has no bowel movement at all. I gave him some benefiber but how much should I give him to help his bm and when do I start adding his old food back into his feeding? Also I usually add a pumpkin fiber supplement
