This brush gets all of the undercoat! I have used this on our dog and cat and it works perfectly. Not too harsh and not too soft. Love the feel of the wooden handle and it fits in your hand perfectly without being to large or too small.

This brush works perfectly for my kitty cat babies. It is labled for dogs but I used for my manx and maine coon and they love it. When I brush them it is smooth and gentle on their coats. The handle is light and smooth for hand as well.

Great brush for all types of animals

This brush is great for my dogs and cats. I have 4 cats that are short to long hair. This brush doesn't tangle too much in the long hair and the cats seem happy to get combed. I also have two dogs. One has short, course hair while the other has long thin hair. Again, this brush works will all coats.

This has worked great with both of our dogs and has cut down their shedding. The handle is very comfortable and doesn't slip in your hand when working through thicker hair. It must be feel pretty great as well as our dogs both enjoy sitting or laying down and getting brushed with it unlike some of the other general brushes we've used in the past.

This brush did a pretty good job getting the undercoat. I do not have a another dog brush to compare it to, only a cat brush for undercoats. The handle is made of wood and is sturdy. The bristles stayed intact. I would say my dog's hair would be considered a medium coat or length.

Great product for double coated pups and the wood handle is very comfortable. I have a lab husky mix with a double coat so we are always battling shedding. The furminator has always been a favorite but I actually like this better as it seems gentler but still pulls out a lot of the undercoat.

I received this great - Well & Good Wooden brush for my dogs. I have 2 dogs one has short hair the other a bit lo her. This brush is Designed for use on all coats so I only need the one brush. It remains ver all that loose fur and helped feta gel my longer haired dog. It has a really nice and sturdy wood handle with a nice grip.

This is a great brush! I have had many slicker brushes in the past, but this one has little beads on the tips so that it doesn't have a chance to hurt. My dogs love being brushed and and this wooden handle is very sturdy to get through their hair. I could use one a little larger for my golden retrievers, but I still use it and it works great!

How long are the metal pins on the small brush?

    Hi Pumbaasmom, The bristles are about 3/8”. At least that’s about their distance from the cushion. The bristles themselves are actually bent towards the end, so technically they’re longer, but that’s not how the brush functions so I would go say 3/8”. Thanks,
