Wish I could give this zero stars. I never leave reviews but I feel compelled to warn others: do not waste your money! You will regret this purchase. I bought this in the store on a whim and wish it had been an online purchase so I could have read the reviews. The concept is great. The execution is horrendous. First, I took the plug out to see how it worked. When I tried to put it back in, it was so difficult and too tight of a fit that I ended up pushing the plug through, into the shampoo compartment. I got tweezers and was able to get it back out, but it was difficult. I would have loved to return this item, but the packing forced me to rip it to get the brush out, so I had thrown it away already, making a return impossible. So I figured I’d try again and see if I could actually use it. I put the brush on the counter, pulled out the plug, and started to pour shampoo in. When it was almost full I stopped, and picked up the brush to put the plug back in. Shampoo was all over the counter. It had been actively leaking out of the brush since I started filling it. So I tried to put the plug in quickly so I could flip it over and stop the flow of shampoo, and when I tried to put the plug in, I had the same result as my practice run. The plug ended up pushed into the compartment with the shampoo. I had no choice but to pour as much of the shampoo as I could back into the bottle so as to not waste it. Then I stood there for 20 minutes trying to get the cap out again with tweezers. The fit is just too tight. And now everything was slippery with shampoo making it an impossible task. I had to wash all the shampoo out, wasting even more, in order to remove the plug. Please, I’m begging you, save yourself the aggravation and DO NOT BUY this product!

The rest of the reviews are accurate. This was a good idea with poor execution. It is extremely difficult to remove the plug. I tried to get the plug back in and pushed it into the opening and cannot get it out. Can still be used as an exfoliating brush but the ease of filling with shampoo is no longer possible. There has to be a better alternative for this product.

I have 2 dogs with short and 2 dogs with long hair. Bath time is just that, time (a lot of time and work). This sturdy scrubber is great for massaging the short hair dogs skin and stripping the long hair dogs hair.

This is a great concept, but somewhat difficult to use practically. I love that the brush will dispense soap and help lather while you're giving your furry friend a bath, but it is difficult to get the top button off/on to fill/refill. It is also quite large for smaller dogs/pups. Overall, I like the idea and will likely use it, but expect this would be a great tool for larger dogs!

This silicone brush holds a good amount of soap to wash your pup with! Reminds me of those dishwashing brushes that do the same. I found that it was very convenient to use and i didnt have to juggle with the hose and soap. Bonus: my pup likes to be brushed with it as well.

It works well once you are using it, but actually getting the soap into it is extremely difficult. Just opening and closing it without shampoo was difficult, and when following the directions to fill I ended up spilling the shampoo.

This seemed like it would be a great product and it did have some good points. It was easy to handle but the button on top is hard to push if you have hand troubles. Loading it was so so. Filled it as instructed and then struggled to get it snapped back together. The brush itself did work very well at getting at the skin and getting the loose hair off the dog and lathered up.
