My female miniature dachshund, Annabelle, was recently spayed. I’ve never been a fan of the “cone of shame,” so I’m glad I found this recovery suit! The S/M size fits her perfectly - she is 1.5 years old and weighs 12.5 lbs. It does stretch out some with wear, but returns to its original size after washing. It machine washes and dries well. The tail flaps open and close easily, and can fold back on themselves to be out of the way for potty time. She adjusted to it quickly, and doesn’t seem to mind wearing it at all. Aside from its functionality, it has a super adorable onesie look to it! I would highly recommend this recovery suit for post-spay recovery.

I bought this 2 days ago and it is falling apart at the seems and it doesnt even protect for neutered dog. It is snuggling every where else but where it counts. I cant find my recipt so im sol

Runs small and horribly made. The Velcro on the sides are so stiff and the corners are sharp! Im taking it back!

My Basenji ate thru it in about 20 minutes. There is no real protection here aside from time.

The sizing is completely off. My dog is 15 inches long. The small/medium says 12-16. The suit is only 11 inches long. Have bought 2 now trying to get the right size.

This lasted about 30 hours before it ripped at the Velcro spots. The fabric isn’t strong enough to stand up to the Velcro. The forms also very strange. My dog was able to just nudge the fabric and get to her wound. Terrible product.

Do not advertise this for males........doesn't do anything

This is a great product! My dog got spayed and it works perfectly keeping her away from the site, and I love that the snaps can be moved for potty time. It is for an ABDOMINAL surgery. Hence why all the negative reviews are for neuters. If that’s what you’re looking for, this won’t work for your boy dog. Unless of course, they have surgery on their abdomen. I bought 2 and would recommend them to every girl dog owner for their spay surgery. So much better than the cones.
