Best tool for mats ever!! You won't regret buying this one.

Bought this to use on our Pyrannese/ Australian Shepard mix. She loves to be outside. You can remove the blades individually. I removed every other blade so I am using 6 of the 12 blades. This allows me to get through her heavier matts. I have some small files so I am going to try sharpening the fluted edge blades as needed. I plan to add some or all of the blades back in after I get her combed out with the 6.

I have been using this Well & Good Prostyle Mat Remover with Adjustable Blades for my long haired cats. If you follow the directions it is safe for them and works great. You can switch the blade if you are left handed which is a nice feature. My cats appreciate that is cuts through the mat instead of pulling the mat like other products.

I was really excited to try this product as I have two Bernese Mountain Dogs who are prone to matts behind their ears! Thankfully my pups are patient as it took some getting used to for me. The rubber grip on the handle is definitely helpful when attempting the sawing motion that's recommended to use the tool, but there's definitely an amount of time and effort that's required! Overall, its a good/helpful product for those who have the additional time and patience that's needed!

So I have a very fluffy Aussie that is prone to mats in his leg feathers and behind his ears especially after frequent baths from getting muddy and this comb was a lifesaver. With some of the bigger mats I had to work them little by little but the small ones came out very easily. It took a little bit to get used to doing the sawing motion through the bigger mats but it helped a lot. The handle was very comfortable to use and I didn't feel as if my hand was going to slip at all. This mat remover will definitely stay in my fluffy butt tool box.

The Well & Good Prostyle Mat Remover with Adjustable Blades for Dogs helped me do a banging groom job on my big boy Django. He was a ball of nasty matts before. Now he looks like Fabio, so clean and beautiful. He looks like a million bucks. The only complaint I have is the little plastic case got cut when I was trying to open the product from its packaging.

I have a great Pyr mix and I am always looking for tools to help with his mats. This one works SUPER well and is just small enough to really focus on those tough areas. Plus it doesn’t pull too hard. Definitely recommend.

This comb is amazing! It takes the mats right out without a problem. My dog has to be brushes alot and sometimes I dont get a chance to brush her and she gets mats so this comb has helped me so much. I would definitely recommend it.
