Before use, make a small opening in the nipple tip with a hot sterilized pin or use a sterilized razor blade to make a small X. The bigger the hole the faster the fluid will flow. After every feeding, clean out the bottle, then sterilize the nipple, bottle and brush, sold separately, in boiling water.

kittens would not use

CynLou53

Had to put the 'milk' in a bowl; would not take it from nipple of nursing bottle. They could not get it out of the bottle. Then I warmed it on the stove and the baby kittens loved it.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Not a safe product

My 7 week old kitten got sick and wouldn't eat, so I bought her this bottle. She bit the end off of it and swallowed it. That was earlier today. I don't know if she's going to pass it or not. Very upset. This product should be taken off the shelf or there should be a large, not to be missed warning on it. Here I was thinking I was saving her life by getting food in her and now I may have killed her. Petco should take this product off of their shelves.

I bought this product for a 3 day old abandoned kitten. The bottle opening is perfect to fit the miracle nipples I bought.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Love it for my foster kittens.

I have used this bottle brand specifically for the past two years. Can the nipple break off yes eventually the grow teeth you know they are like toddlers teething. Do I follow the instructions of just poking a hole in it. Nope I make my own tear drop shape to make sure my babies are fed. And when they are ready to start the gruel stage. I have more success with this bottle and the nipple specifically more than the miracle nipples. It's not only affordable but the nipple itself is soft enough to mimic their cat mom. Will it take a couple tries. Yes but they will latch on depending on what the formula is mixed with. I hound these bottles specifically not just for myself for anyone that needs help with bottle feeding. I replace them when I can. Different season different cases per kitten never know what they have until I'm done using it.

Yes, I recommend this product.
