Not what I expected.

I'm petsitting a puppy with a histiocytoma on his face that tends to ulcerate and bleed. I wanted to keep the area clean and dry, so I bought some styptic powder, ointment, inflatable e-collar, and this bandage. I ordered it online for in-store pickup, so I didn't really get a good look at the type of product until I brought it home. Well...I wouldn't really call it a bandage. It's more like medical tape. I'll keep it in case I need something like this in the future, but it wasn't what I was expecting.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Works as advertised, but my rottweiler was able to easily take off his bandage so it wasn't useful for me at this time. I'll keep it though incase it comes in handy

Great Flexible Bandage for Wounds

My dog has a minor irritation that caused her to to lick the area of her leg raw. The flexible bandage was used to keep gauze with medication on it on the irritated area. It held up pretty good and she didn’t seem to want to tear the flexible bandage off or mess with it at all.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Standard wrap

I used this to patch up my dogs bloody dew claw and it worked well enough where he kept it on and did not have a need to rip it off. This tells me it was reasonably comfortable for him. There was some seepage but it was a standard wrap thickness.

It’s worth it.

I received this product as a tester not knowing I would actually need it. My pup has been licking her paw pad raw and needed to put something over it while we waited for the vet. This came in clutch. It sticks to itself and is suuuper flexible. She’s able to still walk around with it on. 10/10. I would recommend getting this just to have on hand.

Yes, I recommend this product.

My dog had a gotten a gash in his paw. I wrapped his paw in this bandage until we made it to the vet office. The bandage held until we saw the vet and his crew. Thank you for making a trying time into a less drama time.

Just like the human stuff.

I will preface this by saying that I am an athletic trainer and have literally taken a class on taping. This wrap is just like the human version of "coban." It is a self adherent wrap, which is great for pets with furry coats. The purple color is nice so you can find start/stop points on pets with both light and dark coats. It is relatively easy to tear as far as wraps go. I love having wraps like this on hand because my dog tends to rip up his paw pads and I have to wrap them for a day or two to protect from infection. It helps hold gauze in place and isn't so tight that he'll rip it off or bite at it. The ridges make it grippy so my dog will walk on his paw with it taped. I think it would be a little bit big for a small dog, but you could rip the role in half to have two smaller roles, using one at a time.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Sticks Well

This wrap sticks to itself well and doesn’t require something to force it to stay together. It is nice and stretchy, so a little bit goes longer than what you’d expect. It seems to hold up well so far.

No, I do not recommend this product.

I want to wrap this bandage around my bird perches to make them cushioned. Does it taste? I want tasteless for the safety of my bird. Please suggest?

  1. Hi Beeku, Good day! We would not advise using this to wrap around the bird perch as it is not intended for that use and quality and safety can not be guaranteed. We would suggest trying a rope perch for a more cushioned feel. SKUs 3074769, 3074751, and 3074742 are several options. Thanks,
