In addition to being too expensive, this item is nearly impossible to put on the dog. And it's too hard/inflexible.

It's impossible to fasten. Go to Petsmart and get one of those cones that have the twist-ons. This one is a complete waste of money.

Just a few days and the dog has chewed up parts the ring lazily "sewn" around the end of the cone, as well as one of the clips that holds it together. Bad design.

The collar was so difficult to use, our vet and vet tech could not even get it on our puppy. It was not a size issue -the snaps wouldn’t work. Also it seemed too short to be effective. We returned this item

I just spent $30 on xl. Lasted two days before fell apart. The snaps that hold it in place pop out as soon as any pressure is applied or dog rubs against anything. Made so cheaply Do not waste your money on this!!!!

The product works good until the clips that secure it closed snap off and get lost. Which can happen in a very short amount of time depending on the size and activity level of your pet. There is no way to order just extra clips. You are stuck having to buy a complete new collar.

Do not buy this cone for dogs. The small plastic clips will come off of the dog can bend tans chew. My pup got hold of one and swallowed it. These clips snap on and off making it easy for the dog to chew it off. Also the holes in the cone, my bulldog got his teeth stuck in the holes. I do not recommend this e collar at all. The danger is too great.

As many customers have stated this collar is impossible to snap. I had to make the holes closest to dog's neck bigger. Didnt anyone try this before putting it into production and then shipping it to stores? I didnt check the reviews before purchasing in the store plus it was the only collar available. If you buy an elizabethan collar it probably means you really really need it for the health of your dog. Then to have to mess around with crap is infuriating. Why doesn't petco remove them from the shelves?
