Point spout tip into ear canal. Squeeze bottle to release enough drops to partially fill the ear canal. Gently massage the base of the ear canal to help loosen wax. Remove liquid, dissolved wax, and dirt with cotton pad or facial tissue. Repeat as needed. Do not use cotton swabs or insert pointed objects into the ear. FOR DOG USE ONLY. INDIVIDUAL RESULTS MAY VARY.

My dog had an itchy ear all night! I was sure it wasn't an infection, so I ordered this for same day delivery. Cleaned his ear canal at lunch and after dinner. No more itching! I'm excited to use as a general outer ear cleaner too. I haven't been let down by any Well & Good products!

Product is easy to use and gentle on my dogs sensitive skin. It does an okay job of eliminating the odor from his ears, I usually have to take a non-scented wipe on the outside of his ears to help with that.

Bought this about a week ago. Seems to do the job so far. Only thing I don’t like about it is the smell. It has a strong unpleasant smell when it comes to cleaning something that may be already stinky like an infected ear. But otherwise is good

Does this Well & Good Ear Cleaner have an expiration date? I've got a bottle purchased in 2015 on-hand, but question how long it remains safe to use?

IF YOUR BOTTLE HAS NO EXIRATION DATE ON IT, THEN I WOULD DO A "SNIFF" TEST TO SEE IF IT SMELLS OK. THESE FORMULAS ARE USUALLY A PRETTY SMELLING VERSION OF ALCOHOL AND OR VINEGAR WITH WATER AND SCENT. MINE NEVER LASTS VERY LONG, AS I USE THIS EVERY WEEK, AS I HAVE LONG EARRED HOUNDS....

Are you supposed to take the black cap off in order to use or just twist it? Because it says twist to open/close but that doesn't work but it goes all over the place if I take the cap off. Very irritating
