I got this brush for my cats. I have light carpets, and 3 black cats. I am CONSTANTLY cleaning up hair! Since buying this brush that’s reduced tremendously. The brush seems sturdy, the handle is well-made, and the blade is a decent size. My only complaint is that the blade seems a bit too sharp, and I don’t feel it’s necessarily comfortable to use on my more sensitive cats. They also enjoy rubbing their faces against their brushes, but they can’t do that with this.

I really like this de-shedder brush for cats. I have a short haired cat, but he still sheds a lot. When I received it I noticed one side has short teeth and the other side has longer teeth. When I first used it I had a pile of hair and my cat liked me brushing him. I also found that my pit bull loves getting brushed with it too.

I've tried any number of different combs with my three cats including ones made for cats and humans. The verdict is that one, maybe two of them like it but overall not a big hit and certainly not a hit with all three. The de-shedding blade is a huge hit with all three! When I am working on one of them the other two will come and sit by me and wait their turn. The only problem is that the one I'm working on doesn't want to get out of my lap. I've joked with my family that if I kept going, as the cats would like, we might end up with three hairless cats.
