Great deshedder! My dog sheds constantly and I’m always having to sweep due to his shedding. This brush has allowed me to remove all his loose hair and he will stay still to let me do it. It also the hair also stays on the brush and doesn’t go flying everywhere. You can easily just pluck the hair off and throw it away.

I received this product free from the Spotted by Petco program. If I had not received this item then I would have hoped that someone would recommend it to me. The Well&Good undercoat comb works wonders. We have an English Cream golden retriever and she has a ton of loose fur all the time. Doesn’t matter what time of year it is but with this our rooms are practically clear of dust(dog) bunnies. She is a big dog with being a little over a year old and about 75 pounds so her shedding is not something to scoff at. She also loves the way it feels on her skin. She is usually pretty squirmy but when we comb her, she calms down and loves the whole process. On a side note our Dalmatian also loves the feel of the comb on her skin too but it doesn’t do much for her short hair, but still who doesn’t love to give their babies a good grooming time.

My little corgi/beagle/cocker spaniel doggy has lots of fur and an undercoat. This little comb is the perfect tool for combing out those tangles and heavy fur that needs to be combed out. This tool has a nice thick handle so I get a good grip to comb out the fur. I highly recommend this comb.

Overall a good sturdy comb. I like that the teeth are both long and short that way the entire coat gets reached. I found it exceptionally useful after using a slicker brush on my Shih tzu mix to make sure there are no little knots or mats and if there are, this gets them out. Not recomendable for bigger or more severe matting as it doesn’t cut through and remove them but more as a way to prevent them.

Used this on both doodles of ours. One has really curly hair the other wavy . It was hard to get through their hair and ended up bending two of the teeth on the comb. They did not like it , neither did I. It seemed to really pull their hair and required much more effort than other combs or brushes we have used on them.

It did not do that for my coarse-haired welsh…but it did help loosen her dander in preparation for a bath. It also smoothed the hair to give a nice recently brushed appearance.
