To introduce brushing to your dog, place a small amount of toothpaste on the tip of your finger and offer it as a treat, encouraging your dog to lick it off, or gently rub it onto the gum line in a circular motion. Next, apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste to both sides of the toothbrush. Gently expose your dog's front teeth. Start brushing in a very gentle back and forth motion. Brush a few teeth at a time until your dog is comfortable, slowly working up to sliding the toothbrush along the gum line to the back teeth to clean. Always praise your dog to ensure this is a positive experience. Brush daily or at least 3 times per week.

For animal use only. Keep out of reach of children and animals. In case of accidental overdose, contact a health professional immediately.

Great brush

I hope they always make this as it’s been wonderful for my puppy. She loves having her teeth brushed and the 360 bristles really help to get everywhere. It is kind of big so I’m not sure small breeds could comfortably use this but for medium to large breeds it should be fine!

Best Toothbrush!

I recently purchased this toothbrush in a set that came with a tube of chicken flavored toothpaste to add to my collection. Having many dogs has led me to try so many doggie toothbrushes. This is by far the easiest one to use! It makes it so easy to reach all the dog's teeth and you can do it by either twirling it or by letting your dog chew on it. I find the back teeth are the hardest to clean but my dog will happily chew the brush lightly when I get to the back of her mouth. I'm so glad I found it!

Good idea for a product

March and Olly

This product - the 360-Degree Toothbrush for Dogs - is based on a good idea that doesn't quite come off. First of all, you have to buy the toothpaste separately, which delays testing of the toothbrush, and secondly, it requires two hands to brush your dog's teeth with a handled toothbrush, and your dog has to be agreeable to the procedure. The 360-Degree placement of the bristles is a very clever innovation, but on the whole I found the finger-fitted brushes to be more practical.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Has anyone used this on a small size dog, like a shih tzu, or a puppy? Was it too large or ok?

  1. It shouldn't be too big for your dog.  I started using this toothbrush on my Frenchie when she was a puppy, weighing in at around ~ 10 pounds back then.
