My dog got groomed yesterday. His hair is short anyway. Anyway, this appeared this morning. Any ideas?
What is the best solution for my puppy's coat? She's a black lab and german shepherd mix and her hair is kind of wiry and gets quite... oily? I guess... and she itches often. I've read that you shouldn't bathe dogs too much but baths seem to be the only thing that calms the itching.

She now has a surfeit of tangled clumps of matted fur varying in size. How should I proceed, are there any special shampoos or products that would help? I heard they are not supposed to be cut off. Dr. Hinson, our I will try those. I’m not surprised it’s dandruff. He’s had the issue off and on his he was a pup and the vet is aware and they gave us a derm cap but looks like he needs a little extra tlc. Also, I was looking into this product, what do you think?
