Proof of purchase must be provided. The Waterbox warranty only covers failures due to defects in materials or workmanship, it does not include coverage of normal wear and tear on goods such as filter sponges and socks, hinges, rebound kits, or O-rings. Our warranty will not cover nor imply failures which result from abuse, neglect, customizations, improper installations, shipping damage, alterations, or modifications. Waterbox shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or arising from a breach of this warranty.
