Even though this product is less than a year old, the roof just collapsed due to mold and mildew! Luckily, my pets were not inside the house when it happened. Definitely do not recommend this product.

This product was packed well for shipment. The quality of the components appear good and it was very easy to assemble.

The box was intact but the roof of the house was damaged and frayed. Build quality was good but the materials are thin and seem flimsy. I was able to assemble and fix with wood glue. I will need to stain it at least once a year for protection (recommended on instructions). Does not seem like a good buy at this price point.

I was able to assemble the dog house with just a screw driver, and was able to do it by myself. The construction is solid and materials are of very good quality. In addition, the design allows your pet to get out of the wind, and the top raises up to allow for easy cleaning of the inside. I highly recommend this product.

The design is good - the quality of the wood is average. We had to reinforce a piece of split wood. Even though a lot of care went into packaging the kit for shipping we had loose screws and bolts falling out of the box before we even opened it. Made me wonder if the kit had been previously opened/returned and then resold.
