Great product. Love that you can separate top pen from bottom pen. It is for my rabbits and keeps them from fighting. This is the only rabbit hutch that I found that had the wire bottom and pull out tray to clean. This sure makes cleaning the pen very easy. Very sturdy construction.

I purchased this cage for my two rabbits. I use it indoors, so I'm not sure how weather will effect it. My one rabbit has not chewed the inside. But I have only had this cage 2 days and my other rabbit is chewing many different spots. Is there some sort of rabbit safe coating to use on this hutch? Both of them have plenty of toys and get exercise daily.

I give this product a 4 star because upon looking over the craftsmanship of the product I had noticed some parts were a bit busted up. Not noticeable at all but still. The instructions weren't really the greatest but I managed. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase. Once I got it put together and laied the bedding, food, water for my rabbits I put them in. They seemed so much happier in the hutch rather than the standard cage. They seem more active, too! They love to be able to hide. They're rabbits! They need to be able to hide! Right now the hutch is in my living room. Its very nice looking. Looks like another piece of furniture. I recommend this product.

Our rabbits are extremely happy with the cage. Putting together was easy enough, although you may want to air out overnite. Staining smelled strong. I did put weatherstrip around cage floor to quiet it when it bounces from rabbits running. Easy one person cleaning. I did have leakage issue from back, but thats my rabbit missing litter pan. I put a utility mat underneath cage to protect floor. Love that all pieces of floor can come out. I also covered wood floor iserts with wood-looking contact paper to ease cleaning. Although recommended for dwarf rabbits, I have a mini-rex on bottom and dwarf on top. They both have plenty of room. Am happy!

This hutch is awesome and I love it! So do my rabbits! I keep it inside, so I am not sure how weather proofed it is. It is very stylish and affortable! It fits in my small room and gives it plenty of charector! It works perfect for all sized rabbits! I have a 3 1/2 pound Havana and a 2 pound Holland Lop! They fit perfect! The reason I have them seperated is because they are both not fixed. Anyways, I hope this reveiw helps!

I just got this hutch a few days ago, and it's AWESOME. My Bunnies love it so much, especially the little hide away part. Setup was easy, however the instructions are a little unclear about which side is the right and which the left.

On the sides of the hutch, the the edge of the tray doesn't go under far enough and it leaks extensively. I love the way the hutch is set up, but i'm going to have to return it to save me floor.

When I recieved the hutch I took it out the box and I noticed one of the trays was chiped so I couldn't get it to fit the way it was suppose to, It only took me 2 hrs to put it together, other than that it an ok hutch
