Terrible cage
Recently bought this to keep 2 ferrets in on the weekends…. Don’t buy it…. Waste of money. Holes don’t line up and are not drilled to catch the offered screws. Shelves are extremely slippery and I can’t find fleece covers to fit the ramps which are extremely difficult for ferrets to climb. If it was possible to disassemble and re-box I would return it. Spend the extra few bucks and get the Mid West one!

Don’t waste your money or time
Cage has a cheap plastic bottom tray that is cracked in shipment. I had to have this replacement 3 times before getting an undamaged one. The bottom side door latch didn’t line up correctly so it couldn’t be properly latched.

Worst cage ever!!!
Worst cage ever. There were pieces that were missing and the cage wont go together . Our furbabies don't deserve a cage like this to sleep in. Don't waste your time or money on this cage!!!! Please find a better home for your babies.

rusted out, paint chipping, bent metal, locks half
First off product arrived almost 2 weeks after the delivery date given. Absolutely no help from customer service when inquired on the status. Worst product I have received yet! Along with horrible customer service.
Cage is rusted out already, bags even had rust on them. Extremely poor craftsmanship. Welds are not secure, frames are bent, paint chipping. Welds were not done and did not hold cage together, huge gaps between parts. Can't even assemble the cage because parts are not matching up to pre drilled holes. I purchased this cage about 3 years ago and never had an issue. This cage is absolutely horrid and I am beyond upset!

Latch was broken on one door, a latch wasn’t even on the second one, it was the wrong piece.

- Only if your rabbit is a good climber! It's not really big enough in floorspace (not counting the shelves) for a rabbit, so if it isn't a climber, It's really not worth it. You could get a MUCH bigger cage for 1/3 of the price.

What is the diameter of the holes in between the levels?

Would this cage be suitable for a large teddy bear hamster?
- Hello. Thank you for your inquiry and interest in a Ware product for your pet. Please be advised that the WARE Living Room Series Ferret Home would not be suitable for a hamster of any size. The spacing between the bars is a full 1" space and a hamster would be able to get through the bars and escape. We can recommend the Ware Chew Proof 4 Story Hamster Cage for your pet. This cage has a spacing of 0.5" between the bars and would be safer as well as chew proof so your hamster won't chew out. I hope this information has been helpful.

how many ferrets will fit COMFORTABLY we have three and there cage dont have much room.. it does but dont
- I have two large fancy rats and this cage is big enough for them. If you have three ferrets you make want to look into purchasing the larger version of this cage. Otherwise this cage maybe all right for one to two ferrets as long as they have out of cage play time.

I have a 2 year old chinchilla and the holes look very small so wold it be big enough for him or no??

Would this cage work for a couple of guinea pigs?

We do not suggest putting two guinea pigs in this cage as it might be difficult for them to get up and down the ramps to the upper levels safely.
