I bought this for my Furminator brand dremel. They were a little too big, but we got them to fit by just putting one of these on top of the old one. The grit is way better which mean we can grind the nails faster and smoother.

I was wondering the same thing, as it shows the Tool and replacements in the picture, but I checked the weight of the package. It's a half pound, so I'm Honestly guessing it Doesn't. I don't see the tool, replacement pieces and packaging being that light.
